The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $120,000 depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The role also offers eligibility for Cognizant's annual incentive program and stock awards.

Cognizant is in search of a skilled Functional Lead proficient in BY Supply Chain Execution, BY Warehouse Management, BY WMS (Dispatcher), and Salesforce Testing Tosca. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Industrial and Process Manufacturing Industries, with a successful track record in leading projects within these domains. The role requires 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives in Supply Chain Execution and Warehouse Management to align with business goals.
  • Integrate BY WMS solutions to optimize warehouse operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct comprehensive Salesforce Testing using Tosca to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues in manufacturing processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and industry best practices in Supply Chain Management.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within budget and timelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders with project updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions supporting Industrial and Process Manufacturing objectives.
  • Mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in Supply Chain Execution and Warehouse Management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Supply Chain Execution, Warehouse Management, and Salesforce Testing with Tosca.
  • Strong understanding of Industrial and Process Manufacturing Industries.
  • Proven ability to lead projects to successful completion within time and budget constraints.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Adaptability to changing environments and new challenges.
  • Demonstrated record of driving process improvements and operational excellence.
  • Certification in relevant supply chain or project management methodologies is desirable.
