LL DO:

As an experienced Sales Account Executive, you'll sell our line of products to brands, music companies, and promotional products companies where a value-added service can be applied to our stock blank apparel.

You're comfortable generating sales lead with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. You'll be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. You have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.

Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identify and suggests products and services to meet those needs.

Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; respond to all inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues that may arise post-sale in a timely and professional manner.

Serve as liaison between client companies and operations staff.
Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.
Collaborate with sales leadership aid in developing pricing, products, and promotions

Gather information on local competition and prevalent industry and business climate within the region; communicates information to management and others as needed.

Negotiate contracts and price agreements.
Ensure all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

Maintain detailed and accurate reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship issues.

Collaborate with operations team, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.

Participate on business/trade events that impact business unit.
Participate in team strategic sales meetings.

The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Sales and negotiations
Ability to secure meetings with companies to engage in discussions in regards to our product
Must be a proactive self-starter
Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and people skills.
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Creative, flexible, and innovative collaborator
Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization
Strong ability to manage priorities, workflow, and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
Excellent Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Must be able to travel locally and nationally as necessary.

Salary:
$50K -199k – Base + Commission
