The client is a well known and growing manufacturing company. This role is based 3 days in office.
Job Description
· Prepare monthly journal entries for both Corporate and the various holding companies.
· Perform department checks during the close and reconcile intercompany income and balance sheet accounts.
· Assist in the consolidation of the financial information, reported in multiple currencies, for multiple reporting units within North America and internationally ensuring accuracy, reasonableness, and proper elimination of intercompany items.
· Prepare monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and determine if any adjustments are required.
· Collaborate with global site contacts and Corporate departments (Tax, Treasury, Legal, IT, HR, IR, etc.), as needed during the close.
· Perform other special duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance.
· Minimum 3 years work experience with prior corporate accounting and consolidations experience preferred
· Prior experience with ERP/financial systems. Familiarity with OneStream a plus.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and time management skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Capable of working as a team player and comfortable being part of a "hands on" team of professionals. Strong work ethic a must.
