Your Role:
- Perform comprehensive commercial roof surveys
- Utilize cutting-edge MANTIS technology for precise assessments
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
- Oversee active roofing projects for installation quality
- Liaise with clients and contractors
- Inspect materials and workmanship
- Ensure safety standards are met
We're looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience in roofing or construction
- Deep knowledge of commercial roofing
- Experience in facility management or construction
- Strong quality assurance skills
- Certifications like OSHA 10 and IIBEC RRO are a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Willingness to travel 80-90% of the time, some local work available
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and stand for long hours
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
$24 - $35 an hour
