Position Overview:
- Conduct site visits to assess commercial roofing conditions
- Engage with clients to identify and evaluate roofing issues
- Measure roofing areas and calculate the necessary materials and labor for re-roofing projects
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate proposal development for clients
- Support marketing efforts to attract new business accounts

Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience in General Construction, Roofing, or construction sales is preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Bid Estimating Software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely climb ladders to heights of at least 25 feet

Preferred Experience with Commercial Roofing Systems:
- Familiarity with THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM, and COATINGS is advantageous, though training will be provided for the right candidate.
