Como Representante de Ventas de Renovaciones, te enfocarás en impulsar el crecimiento de ingresos optimizando las conversaciones con los clientes sobre nuestros programas y productos de renovación de mantenimiento. Trabajarás en un equipo de representantes de ventas de renovaciones alineados con varios representantes de ventas, en un entorno de venta en equipo, para alcanzar metas individuales y/o de equipo. Como Representante de Ventas de Renovaciones, formarás parte de las conversaciones que están ayudando a mejorar el mundo que nos rodea.

Responsabilidades

  • Incrementar los ingresos al alcanzar o superar los objetivos de ingresos por renovación de mantenimiento.
  • Gestionar el cierre oportuno de los contratos anuales de renovación de mantenimiento asignados e incorporar oportunidades de mantenimiento vencidas en las estrategias de venta.
  • Contactar proactivamente a los clientes y explicar los beneficios del producto y soporte al continuar con los servicios de mantenimiento.
  • Educar a los clientes sobre las opciones de compra a través de la tienda web y consolidaciones.
  • Identificar y gestionar oportunidades de venta adicional o cruzada cerrando negocios o transfiriéndolos al representante de ventas adecuado para avanzar en el ciclo de venta.
  • Preparar cotizaciones según sea necesario y garantizar información precisa para el procesamiento eficiente de pedidos, así como investigar y resolver cualquier discrepancia.
  • Asegurar que los datos precisos de los clientes y las actividades de ventas se recopilen e ingresen en el sistema CRM para avanzar en el ciclo de ventas.
  • Mostrar una sólida capacidad de pronóstico y gestión de embudo de ventas de tu territorio asignado.
  • Contribuir y apoyar los planes del territorio junto con los representantes de ventas.
  • Participar en reuniones de embudo, así como en la planificación y ejecución de secciones de los planes de territorio y cuentas anuales.

Cualificaciones

  • Se requiere una licenciatura y 2 años de experiencia (o experiencia equivalente) con al menos un año en un rol de atención al cliente.

Cualificaciones adicionales

  • Éxito demostrado en comprender los objetivos comerciales y cumplir o superar los objetivos.
  • Comprensión general de contratos y términos específicos para renovaciones de mantenimiento.
  • Buenas habilidades de negociación.
  • Sólidas habilidades de gestión del tiempo y priorización.
  • Excepcionales habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita persuasivas, con excelentes habilidades telefónicas y un alto nivel de atención al detalle.
  • Experiencia trabajando con un sistema CRM para facilitar la calificación de leads y el avance del ciclo de ventas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar tanto de forma independiente como en equipo.
