We're seeking a dedicated Document Review Associate to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves a keen understanding of technical and business-related documents, coupled with rigorous attention to detail. Working on-site at our customer facility, you'll play a pivotal role in classifying and determining the disposition of key documents. The contract runs until year-end with the possibility of extension. Prior experience with Sikorsky or in similar roles is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Review and classify both technical and non-technical records.

Follow a set process to determine document retention periods and final classifications.

Ensure compliance with company and customer policies.

Work on-site at the customer facility, adhering to chosen workweek schedules. Nominally 8:00 AM -4:00 PM

Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:

College degree or equivalent work experience in business, supply chain, document retention, warehouse, or inventory

Knowledge of technical, contract, or other business-related document types.

Strong attention to detail and scheduling skills.

Prior Sikorsky or related experience is highly desired.

US person eligibility and readiness for a background check.

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $ per hour.
