Conduct analysis, architect, design, develop, test, implement, configure, integrate and support cloud solutions that are focused on driving business value for our clients. Serves as a subject matter expert on technical approach and requisite technologies that enable an organization's digital transformation. Consults & advises clients on how to align business needs with technologies in scope. Collaborates with clients in all aspects of an engagement to ensure alignment of solution expectations and achievement of delivery milestones. Involved in all facets of the implementation, rollout, migration, upgrades, integration, feature release enhancements and testing.

Is Overall Digital solution owner and is accountable to business outcomes.


• Advises on technology or industry advances to leadership, team, and clients.


• Communicates complex technical issues and technology/industry expertise to clients, leadership, and project teams.


• Decisions and recommendations made can affect success of department or large digital solution programs.


• Recognized as a leader with appropriate industry certifications.


• Drives opportunities (speaker or publisher) in relevant industry events and/or forums.

Basic Qualifications

Typically requires 15+ years relevant experience.


• Expert, coach & mentor in the overall methodology of delivering Digital Solutions.


• Expert in multiple technical areas (4 or more) modules/areas of a Digital Solution.


• Participated in at 5+ full lifecycle Cloud Solution implementation project as the technical leader of two or more business areas.


• Advises clients strategically in overall solution.


• Expert understanding of (the) Cloud Solution development tools or the business usage of Cloud Solution in an industry.


• Coaches other on how to own, design and present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries leveraging best practices.


• Architects large-scale Digital Solutions.
