- Drive the establishment and maintenance of robust data governance frameworks, including defining roles and responsibilities, establishing data quality standards, and implementing monitoring mechanisms to ensure compliance.
- Manage the execution of the Data Inventory Program, including defining inventory scope, coordinating data discovery efforts, and facilitating the documentation of metadata and data lineage information.
- Oversee the design and implementation of data architecture solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability.
- Lead the development of ontologies to standardize data definitions and enable interoperability across systems.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide regular updates on project status, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Foster collaboration and consensus-building among cross-functional teams to drive project alignment and buy-in.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure data management solutions' accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Monitor project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop change management strategies to support adopting new data policies, processes, and technologies.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth transitions and maximize the value of data management initiatives.
