New York, New York, United States Thoughtly Full time

About Thoughtly

Thoughtly is a platform for building human-like AI phone agents that answer our customer's phone calls and make calls for them. Our agents are 99% cheaper than human call reps, more accurate, and infinitely scalable. Plus, they're fully-integrated with our customer's existing tech.

As we prepare for an exciting phase of growth and launch new product offerings, we are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Management: Spearhead the development and execution of high-impact content for LinkedIn and Thoughtly's blog, focusing on organic growth and engagement.
  • Press Releases & PR: Manage PR strategy, write press releases, and publish them to PR Newswire.
  • Social Media Oversight: Take charge of managing multiple social media channels, including strategy formulation, content creation, and analytics monitoring to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute marketing strategies for various industry events, ensuring Thoughtly's visibility and engagement with potential clients and partners.
  • SEO and Partnerships: Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic. Foster and manage strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage social media paid advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and customer insights.
  • Email Marketing & Newsletters: Work with the product team to design, write, and send out regular updates to our customers via email.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in social media management, SEO, partnership development, and event marketing. Strong writing and communication skills are essential. You've sent out a press release, or been on a team that has sent out a press release in the past.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Traits: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a knack for multitasking and meeting tight deadlines. Creativity, analytical thinking, and proactive problem-solving are crucial.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary and Benefits: Thoughtly offers a competitive salary package, including comprehensive health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Dynamic Work Environment: Work in the heart of New York City with a team of passionate professionals dedicated to innovation and excellence.
  • Career Growth: We believe in fostering the growth of our employees. You will have opportunities to learn, grow, and impact the future of our company significantly.

How to Apply

If you are driven, passionate about marketing, and ready to take your career to the next level at a fast-growing tech company, we would love to hear from you.

While we have no firm in-office policy, we're looking for a candidate who is interested in joining us in our University Place office location multiple days a week. With that said, we're super flexible if you want to take some time to be remote (for any reason).

  • Thoughtly is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
