As our Servicing Specialist you will:

Handle a Portfolio of 40 to 50 Active loansHave Introductory Calls with the borrower if neededReview all draw requests from the borrower to ensure all documentation and disbursements are in compliance with the Loan Documents and Bank's ProceduresProactivity alert Management to any issues with the loanTrack all loans and lines of credits, maintaining all sources of funding are properly managed for the life of the loanAssist in loan closings, provide due diligence to review team checking all documentation is obtained at closing and in compliance with procedures. Especially critical that the loan is in balance at closing and borrower's funds are accounted forMaintain loan and draw files per ProceduresAssist in Audits, Exams and ReviewsProcess Insurance reviews and system updates as needed For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $71,400.0 and $107,000.00 The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
