\t\tGeneral Purpose and Scope of Position:\r
\t\r
\t\tLoad and unload trucks with pallet jacks and/or forklift. Contact freight lines and arrange daily/weekly shipping schedules. Manage ingredients, finished goods, and morgue warehouse space efficiently. Perform various administrative duties including scheduling and documentation. Follow all quality guidelines including, but not limited to; FEFO, QA hold, lot and location tracking, and inventory management. Participate as a member of the shipping and receiving team. Maintain the integrity of materials and tags in the warehouse and assure the cleanliness of materials stored in the warehouse and racking. Prepare finished goods as needed. Retrieve materials for production needs\r

\t\t\t1-2 years of shipping and forklift experience\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tExperience in shipping domestic and internationally a bonus\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tUnderstands the need to develop solutions to meet objectives\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tAbility to work in and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tAbility to use computer hardware, software/intranet to generate reports and inventory data. Experience with ERP Systems DEACOM and/or JDE is a plus.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tExcellent communication skills with team and external representatives\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tAbility to multi-task and problem solve in manufacturing environments\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tAbility to implement and adhere to company practices and policies\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tAbility to operate material handling equipment including forklift and other equipment as required (pallet jack, scanner gun, stand up lifts)\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tManual dexterity must be able to be on your feet for long periods and must be able to work in a production environment\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tAble to follow written and verbal directions and complete necessary documentation. Ability to read and write English is required\r

Key Deliverables Include:

\t\t\tPerform all inbound/outbound shipments to customers, Ameri-Pac & Ameri-Mills and 3rdparty warehouses\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tEnsure compliance with all Food Safety Guidelines, Wilbur-Ellis Standard Operating Procedures and Policies, FDA and OSHA guidelines\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tEnsure proper packing and sealing processes for goods\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tVerify the accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tParticipate in all training that is required for the role\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tAssist safety and quality teams when needed to ensure compliance with regulatory rules and regulations\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tWilling to perform all shipping and receiving activities\r

\t\t\t\tIn compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $ $28.63 per hour.
