Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily cleaning tasks as assigned
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, ledges, and heating/cooling units in rooms and common areas
  • Sanitize and polish bathroom fixtures
  • Clean windows and mirrors in various areas
  • Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting
  • Wash walls as necessary
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and ensure adequate supply levels
  • Dispose of waste properly, including infectious materials
  • Prepare vacant rooms for new residents
  • Handle resident laundry, including sorting, washing, and returning items
  • Repair clothing when feasible
  • Notify supervisors of any maintenance needs

Additional Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in long-term care or hospitality preferred
  • Genuine desire to assist others
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Physical capabilities include lifting up to 35 pounds and moving throughout the workday
  • Successful completion of a background check
