Position Overview:

As a Diesel Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing diesel engines in various Trucking/Heavy equipment. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnose and repair diesel engines in trucking/heavy equipment, including tractors, harvesters, and other semi-truck machinery.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections.
  3. Troubleshoot and identify mechanical and electrical issues in diesel engines.
  4. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure accurate assessments and efficient repairs.
  5. Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and complete work orders.
  6. Keep accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and labor hours.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  2. Strong knowledge of diesel engines and their components.
  3. Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
