Design your career with a company that inspires and empowers you to deliver your best work so you can evolve, grow and succeed – today and into tomorrow.

Seeking an Intelligence Architecture Specialist to support the Fort Huachuca Intelligence Battle Lab (IBL) by developing experimentation plans in coordination with external stakeholders for Vanguard and other enabling experiments. In this role, you will assist with coordinating, planning, and executing those events. You will support the IBL experiment concept, scenario, and briefing development and provide expertise on integrating experimental and prototype systems, networks, and software applications to enable experiment plans. You will coordinate with the IBL Digital Modernization Chief to identify and address modeling, simulation, and system integration requirements and to develop operational views and systems architectures for experiment events.

You will serve as a primary liaison for the IBL, coordinating with experiment stakeholders and technology vendors to gather information and draft proposals pertaining to experimental and prototype systems, networks, and software applications, making recommendations to mitigate system integration and operation risks during event execution. You will assist IBL leads with preparing and conducting technical briefs, experiment execution, training of experiment participants, and after-action reviews. You will provide recommendations and decision support for experimentation, evaluation, and demonstration and recommend performance metrics and technical measures suitable for assessing the mission effectiveness of new technologies/capabilities. You will assist with the planning and implementing operationally relevant experimentation vignettes relevant to advanced technologies.

You will address monthly performance (technical progress and running risk assessment) and experiment schedule status (as it relates to the approved experiment schedule to include any mitigation plans). You will identify potential issues affecting the experiment's execution, schedule, or cost. You will develop or update documentation, SOPs, and reports on software, system architecture, design diagrams, software requirements/improvements documents, software problem reports, APIs, and interface algorithms to support ongoing experimentation requirements. Ensure all new IT capabilities are scanned and remediated within Army standards and provide support to RMF and ATO operations. Upon request, demonstrate the operability of existing software, technology, and experimentation networks. Prepare and integrate Intelligence Battle Lab experiment concepts, scenarios, and briefing materials for inclusion in key exercise plans.

You will generate presentation items, including white papers, analysis summaries, experimentation plans, and event reports. You will participate in meetings (in person and virtually), document and communicate results from experimentation event proceedings, and brief Senior Leaders as required. You will assist in developing key reporting including, but not limited to, Draft Analysis Plans, Experiment/Event Initial Planning Conference (IPC), Experiment/Event Mid Planning Conference (MPC), Final Analysis Plan, Event Collection Plan, and Final Experiment/Event Collection Plan.

Here's what you'll need :
