Military Intelligence (MI) operations specialist, technical lead, and action officer performing work in Requirements Determination Directorate (RDD).
Focus on capabilities development associated with Intelligence Support to Cyberspace Operations across the DOTMLPF domains, support to material and training development elements, and National, Joint, and Army Intelligence Community.
Conduct DOTMLPF analysis and utilization of Capabilities Based Assessment (CBA), identify and document Intelligence Support to Cyberspace operational requirement gaps in DOTMLPF for Army Intelligence.
Develop integrated DOTMLPF solutions through Initial Capability Documents (ICD) and DOTMLPF Change Recommendations (DCR) to mitigate Intelligence Support to Cyberspace capability gaps.
Ensure Intelligence - Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate (I-CDID) equities within Cyber Community of Interests (COIs) are addressed in new initiatives, material and training developments and operational architectures.
Document future Intelligence Support to Cyberspace requirements for the Army based on Army Operational Concepts, Functional Concepts, and Intelligence Community (IC) initiatives.
Represent organization as capability developers for future Intelligence Support to Cyberspace capabilities.
Engage, support, and collaborate with a variety of Army forums, stakeholders, and work groups including integrated concept and product teams.
Support the development of Joint and Army Cyberspace Operational concepts and capabilities across warfighting functions.
Inform decision-makers and facilitate the selection and prioritization of capabilities that mitigate recognized capability gaps, address Warfighter needs, aiding planning and execution of projects.
As RDD Intelligence Support to Cyberspace action officer, ensures proper staffing of Intelligence Support to Cyberspace capabilities development documentation.
Ensure formal and informal taskings are met and coordinated with the RDD leadership; coordinates USAICoE Cyberspace Operations stakeholder responses to Army, AFC, and TRADOC level tasks.
