At Jungle Scout, we are on a mission to build the best Amazon competitive intelligence tools for Amazon sellers and brands.


We're growing and we are looking to add a passionate Client Success Manager with an ecommerce/ Amazon Advertising background to help brands maximize their presence and profitability on ecommerce platforms, particularly Amazon. Your role will be instrumental in guiding clients to understand and leverage marketplace management strategies effectively, ensuring brand control and driving growth.

Location: We're a remote-first company and looking to hire this person anywhere between the PST - EST timezone.

A Day in the Life of a Client Success Manager:

  • Support ecommerce clients by managing their advertising strategies, pricing and promotional optimization, content optimization, marketplace reporting and sales monitoring
  • Conduct weekly calls with the client to discuss initiatives and strategy to drive sales and growth on
  • Serve as the customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal cross-functional teams including client success managers, account managers and data team members
  • Present eCommerce analytics and communicate effectively to all levels of users from analysts to C-Level executives
  • Identify areas of opportunity for brand growth on
  • Provide data-driven advice and strategy to our clients
  • Build strong client relationships and instill confidence in managing our clients' brand control on
  • Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in Jungle Scout by fully leveraging our data and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues (Account Managers and Client Success Management team members) to drive improvement in quality, service, and profitability

Who You Are:

  • Ecommerce Brand Consulting Experience: Demonstrated experience in the e-commerce industry, specifically in collaborating & consulting with brands.
  • Amazon Expertise: Solid understanding and practical experience with Amazon Advertising PPC and DSP. Familiarity with Seller Central or Vendor Central.
  • Enablement and Clarity: Natural acumen for enabling others and finding fulfillment in providing clarity and guidance. Extremely strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to create content in a variety of forms, including written and video.
  • Product Expert: Quick grasp of product functionalities to help customers derive maximum value.
  • Customer Empathy: Adept at active listening and problem discovery, with a keen ability to align customer needs with product capabilities, all with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and derive insights to drive customer success. Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Stakeholder Management: Confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels, guiding conversations toward productive outcomes.
  • Scrappy & Intrapreneurial: Demonstrates a fast-learning mindset, resourcefulness, and adaptability, embodying a growth mindset and a relentless drive for continuous improvement. Possesses a proven track record of problem-solving and delivering innovative solutions while demonstrating the ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Relationship Building: Expertise in building strong internal and external relationships, driving mutual success.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: Proficient in efficiently managing tasks and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered with precision.
  • Collaborative team spirit: Thrives in a collaborative environment, actively contributing ideas and expertise while fostering teamwork and synergy among colleagues.
  • Bonus Points:
    • Walmart Marketplace experience.
    • Experience working remotely.
    • Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, or Italian.
