Position Overview:The Agile Development Professional works in an Agile environment to design, code and test the overall technological architecture of the product with the help of the team. The individual will work with the team to ensure commitments to the sprint are delivered in line with expectations of time and quality. You will be constantly looking for innovative ways of solving technical problems and crafting the solution, not afraid of challenging the status quo. This role will also be responsible for building using modern design patterns and architectural principles.
Responsible for both unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasks as well as the development of high quality, well documented, and efficient code. Fully independent and able to apply principles and concepts to accomplish tasks. Able to resolve standard or routine questions or assignments, but calls out issues that are complicated or sophisticated. Work is reviewed by higher level members of the team for accuracy and content.
**This position is a hybrid work schedule, requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days remote**

Qualifications:- College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Typically has 2 - 4 years of related experience.
- Java development on Java 8+
- SQL and No SQL database experience
- Understanding of VM application, I.E. Weblogic, JBoss, and containerized applications, I.E. Docker/Kubernetes
- Spring Boot and/or Spring Framework
An openness to change and willingness to try something new, including new skills and technologies.
