The Team

The Revenue Operations PMO team is a dedicated team who drives strategic programs across cross functional teams and supports revenue operations with project governance and employee programs. We help sales sell by focusing on the sales strategy and integration of strategic programs and projects including M&A, Sales Development hiring, internal implementation of technical solutions and other corporate projects.

The Role

The Revenue Operations PMO Intern will report to the Senior Director of Global Sales M&A and will be responsible for providing high quality support to the Sales Development hiring and onboarding PMO team. Successful candidates will be proactive in nature, love data analytics, communicating with all levels of employees across Oracle both verbally and in written formats/presentations, learning new technology and working on project-based work. Example list of duties:

  • Assist PMOs with project organization: meeting agenda and scheduling coordination, meeting notes capture and organization, as well as tracking follow ups and deliverables.
  • Gather, validate, and analyze data to assist M&A Deal Leads to summarize findings into recommendations.
  • Assist Deal Leads to create presentations that are clear, concise and aesthetically pleasing
  • Perform various Sales Development program management tasks such as:
  • Analyze Sales Development headcount forecasts and validate against actuals
  • Review Sales Development communications
  • Manage Sales Development Interview events, the acceptance mapping process and other onboarding tasks
  • Manage other projects as assigned

  • Experience with various aspects of project management: planning to execution
  • Knowledge or interest to learn Oracle SQL and APEX
  • Ability and desire to provide excellent service to internal customers
  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, team player, with a positive attitude

Additional Information:

  • Hourly wage is $30 per hour. This is a 40 hour per week position.
  • Internship runs from July 29 through October 18 - must be available full time 40 hours per week during these dates.

US: Hiring Range: from $18.99 to $53.00 per hour; from $39,500 to $110,240 per annum.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
