- Schedule: Sunday Night
- Friday Morning, 11p 7a
- Under general supervision, participates in cellar production as assigned, as well as the care, and sanitation of all equipment and facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, supports the cellar operation by completing tank sanitation, sampling, blending, and fermentation maintenance .
- Basic knowledge and data entry into wine inventory data base.
- Safely and efficiently operate all assigned pieces of equipment to meet or exceed established production goals in a cost effective manner.
- Maintains the mindset that there is always room for improvement, there is always a way to do it better.
- Ability to keep work area clean, organized and Food Safety compliant.
- Responsible for routine production reporting and quality checks.
- Must be able to consistently perform all in process and final production quality control and verification checks.
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or State issued equivalency certificate; or one year of experience in wine production or manufacturing.
- Forklift certification and operation as needed.
- Required to wear a respirator when necessary.
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Required to work at heights and in small areas.
- Required to comply with company GMP policies.
- Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Required to be 18 years or older.

Compensation:
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $ $23.
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
