  • Define and lead the product roadmap with a focus on improving and expanding capabilities to meet current and future customer needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product strategy.
  • Identify, prioritize, write and maintain product requirements that clearly define features, functionality, and metrics for success.
  • Lead Agile practices to progress committed plans from design through delivery.
  • Plan, package and launch capabilities into the market to drive towards strategic goals.
  • Work directly with customers and business partners to promote product capabilities, understand pain points, discuss enhancement requests, and engage various disciplines to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with other product managers and members of cross-functional teams including Design, Development, Support, Sales, Services and Business Partners.
