Shipping Coordinator job details include:
  • Schedule: 1st shift, Wednesday – Saturday
  • Pay rate: $20 - 24/hr.
Daily tasks:

Ensure efficient goods shipment, focusing on cost reduction, freight savings, service quality, and contract compliance. This involves collaboration with various stakeholders to meet customer demands. Daily shipping schedules are managed to meet regulations, cost targets, and customer needs while fostering positive relationships. Tasks include handling invoicing, audits, shipping documents, addressing issues promptly, tracking loads, managing international shipments, freight claims, data organization, and supporting the Shipping Operations Manager. Qualified candidates will have two years of manufacturing/shipping/logistics experience.
