Job Details:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of product design principles and user-centric processes.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles, accessibility guidelines, and inclusive design.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with creating production-ready design documentation.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with technical constraints and limitations for designing multiple platforms and surfaces.
  • Knowledge of design systems and their contemporary trends and usage.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces.
  • Ability to make design decisions that result in a coherent product, platform, or user experience, including the ability to question and assess execution, craft, longevity, and scale of designs.
