Who are we hiring?We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analytics Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of data analytics and contribute to real-world projects that drive business insights and decision-making.
What will you do?1. Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources.2. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.3. Support the development and implementation of data analytics models and algorithms.4. Collaborate with team members to design and execute data-driven experiments and tests.5. Create visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.6. Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.7. Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from different departments within the organization.8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

 The field of data analytics is dynamic and constantly evolving. You should be adaptable and flexible, willing to embrace change and adjust your approach based on new information or requirements. 6.

Time Management and Prioritization:

Balancing multiple tasks and deadlines is a common challenge in data analytics projects. You should be able to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. 7.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

 Data analytics projects often require collaboration with cross-functional teams. You should be able to work collaboratively with team members, actively participate in discussions, and contribute ideas to achieve common goals. By embodying these key success factors, you will not only excel in this role but also make meaningful contributions to the team and organization.

Special requirements of the Job:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and problem-solve.3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.4. Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Azure, Data Factory, Logic Apps.5. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib. PowerBI Preferred6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.7. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.8. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, inclusive of weekends, nights (event evenings & overnight operation shifts) and holidays.

Ability to monitor company communications and respond to time sensitive matters with senior executives. Travel may be required - 0%.
