Join our team as an Embraer Crew Chief

We are looking for a skilled individual to take on the role of Crew Chief at our aerospace facility. As a Crew Chief, you will be responsible for troubleshooting aircraft discrepancies, ensuring quality maintenance work, and supervising a crew of technicians. Your ability to use deductive reasoning, coordinate multiple activities, and deploy manpower efficiently will be crucial in meeting our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a crew of technicians to ensure quality maintenance work
  • Coordinate activities to meet promised delivery dates
  • Provide technical guidance on aircraft maintenance
  • Pre-plan work scopes, deploy manpower, and order parts
  • Monitor costs, hours charged, and communicate with customers
  • Promote safe work practices and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • A&P Certificate
  • Minimum seven years experience as an A&P Mechanic in corporate aviation working with Embraer
