How you'll make an impact:

The Latin Talent Liaison is responsible for coordinating and handling guests visiting the SiriusXM-Pandora Miami facilities and assisting the Latin IR Lead on ongoing initiatives to enlarge partnerships and collaborations with artists, labels, publicists, managers, agents, producers, etc.

Candidate must have professional Spanish & English communication skills and a deep understanding of Latin culture, possess a personable demeanor, and work well with various people. The Talent Liaison is also responsible for coordinating with security to ensure proper protocols are followed. In addition, the position requires managing artist schedules, tech riders, handling all hospitality requests, coordinating visit details with programming, collecting releases and organizing internal tracking documents.

What you'll do:
  • Coordinate visiting artists, interview schedules, tech riders.
  • Cover artist in studio visits when needed.
  • Handle security accesses and parking needs.
  • Coordinate internal content, capture schedules and calendar invites.
  • Organize internal tracking documents across teams.
  • Handle greenroom and all hospitality requests made by visiting guests.
  • Perform runner duties when needed.
  • Scan, organize and file releases and photos into shared drive files.
  • Translate marketing materials when needed.
  • Assist with administrative duties.
  • Ensure that all appropriate content is collected during guest visits.
  • Collect and upload photos for tiles.
  • Offer cross-functional support across various departments such as Pandora Curations, SiriusXM Programming, Sales, Events, Marketing, and Brands; manage talent requests and expectations.
  • Pitch ideas to SoCo for A-Level talent content on Pandora and SiriusXM social accounts.
  • Help to identify artists that Pandora/SiriusXM will support on and off platform promotions, events, and brands.
  • For Pandora takeovers, collect audio and video and make sure it gets shared on social media by the artist team.
  • Communicate to artists and labels weekly face out tiles.
  • Coordinate all plaque presentations for Pandora Latin between artist, artist team, PR, programming, and vendor.
  • Work on agendas for key events such as Grammys, billboards, festivals, and off-site booking artists acting as liaison between artist, artist team and SiriusXM team.
  • Help book and coordinate on-site artist captures for Pitbull's Globalization channel and Latin channels.
  • Handle and communicate billboards and ensure talent shares in social.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
  • H.S. Diploma
  • Previous experience within the entertainment/media industry is preferred.
  • Previous experience within a talent relations function is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish- English) - speaking, writing, and presenting.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management, scheduling, tracking, and the ability to prioritize.
  • Problem-solving and Project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
  • Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take the initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Spelling, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Strong interest in current events and pop culture, as related to assigned channels/programs.
  • Comfortable working with talent, artists, and high-profile individuals.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
