Position: Banquet Prep Cook

Weekend Availability Required AM & PM Shifts $18-$20/hour

Responsibilities:

Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
Craft culinary delights based on Banquet Event Orders, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
Masterfully prepare desserts for banquet events, adding a sweet touch to special occasions.
Maintain proper documentation on all food containers, adhering to rotations per SOP.
Uphold safety standards at all times, ensuring a secure and hygienic environment.
Arrive to work in a clean uniform, punctually and ready to serve with a positive attitude.
Cook orders with precision, catering to guest requests and special needs.
Proactively manage ordering, food preparations, and equipment upkeep to streamline service.
Pastry experience preferred but not required.
