About the Position:

The Territory Sales Manager at FFB is responsible for selling merchant services products to both potential and existing customers. This role involves prospecting for new leads, collaborating with bank personnel, and providing support to merchant services clients.

This position offers a competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new merchant services accounts and cross-sell banking products
  • Conduct sales presentations and product training
  • Prepare client implementation documents and maintain files
  • Follow up on referrals and provide customer support
  • Monitor portfolio reports and identify revenue opportunities
  • Participate in trainings and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Promote diversity and maintain a harassment-free work environment

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of Merchant Services sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Business Development/Sales experience or training
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations
  • Valid California driver's license and vehicle insurance if required
