Part marketer, part purchaser, part analyst, part website-optimizer, and

ALL drone expert, the UAS Product Manager will maximize the sales,

profitability and life-cycles of all our key products across multiple sales

channels.

*Responsibilities*

Own our product roadmap. Maintain meaningful relationships with our

vendors, understand life-cycles, capabilities, compatibilities, and specs

of all our flagship UAS products. Strategize if, when and how to launch new

products.

- Continuously work to lower our product costs, achieve vendor rebates,

etc.

- Manage our RMA processes. Advocate for us and our customers to our

vendors on product issues while, at the same time, protecting our resources

from getting tied up with manufacturing issues.

- Optimize and manage our product bundles to maximize sales while

streamlining operations around inventory, fulfillment and sales operations.

- Work between Sales, Marketing and Operations departments to convey all

of the key knowledge points about our products that everyone should know.

- Work closely with our digital marketing team on product advertising

strategy, content marketing, promotions, etc.

- Manage our online catalog team. Constantly watch our website(s) to

ensure we are displaying the right products in the right places in order to

maximize sales. Perform regular quality assurance to ensure all product

attributes are fully and accurately listed.

- List as many of our products as possible on as many marketplaces

(eBay, Amazon, etc) as possible.

- Ensure we are maintaining optimal inventory levels to achieve our

sales goals. Manage our aging inventory through structured discounting

strategies, liquidations, etc.

*Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus at least 3 years experience in

the commercial drone industry.

- Exceptional digital skills; ability to learn new software quickly.

- Experience with e-commerce and/or enterprise web publishing systems

(ideally Magento), as well as major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc) a big

plus.

- Existing relationships with current major drone manufacturers a huge

plus.

- A master executor of projects, with ability to work cross-functionally

between teams, smash through bottlenecks, manage stakeholder expectations

and deliver results.
