Description:Experienced project management lead that will carry out all project elements related to the design and integration of a system-wide consumer access strategy. Project will encompass an omni-channel evaluation and implementation throughout the organization's access points. Must have a command of organizational agility, be collaborative and assertive, and have experience working to complete projects across various departments and specialties. Ability to influence and support teams spanning the health system is a key component to being successful in meeting project deadlines.

Bachelors Degree required, MBA or other Masters Degree in relevant field preferred. Project Management certifications such as, Six Sigma a plus. PMP Cerficiation also a plus. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, ability to learn new concepts/job requirements quickly. Extensive project leadership skills, ability to lead, advise on large scale enterprise-wide projects. Experience supporting client applications, facilitating, presenting and managing team meetings. Advising individuals with varied technical/operational backgrounds. Extensive experience in vendor management, contract negotiations and risk mitigation.
