Summary

  • Lead strategic thinking to solve business challenges through advanced analytics and machine learning.
  • Manage a team of analysts, ensuring performance and engagement.
  • Identify, prioritize, and supervise team initiatives.
  • Manage risk and develop team capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic thinking for analytical solutions and recommend actions.
  • Lead development and implementation of advanced analytics.
  • Operate as a subject matter expert in statistical analysis and modeling.
  • Establish effective performance tracking and drive strategy optimization.
  • Deliver presentations to leadership and automate reporting.
  • Ensure standard processes and documentation are followed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in relevant analytics roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in relevant analytics roles.

Compensation

The base pay generally ranges from $126,500.00 to $177, Additional incentives may apply based on various factors.
