The Price Book Coordinator will be responsible for set-up and maintaining current pricing for 100 retail gasoline convenience store.

This requires setting up new products in the retail price book system of PDI Enterprise which includes entering costs of product and entering company pricing strategy develop by the merchandising department.

Merchandising will develop pricing rules based on gross margin, competition and promotional guidelines.

The Price Book administrator will enter these rules into the system and run reports to check for accuracy and identify exceptions to the rules.

The Price Book administrator will work closely with the field and merchandising managers to provide support for their needs in maintaining accurate pricing at each store.

Set-up and maintain vendor files for all stores. This position requires someone with full understanding of retail products for convenience stores or grocery store business. Experience in retail food and beverage business will be required. Prior job experience as convenience store manager or grocery store experience is preferred. Person must have ability to work independently and minimal direction, after training, when performing their responsibilities.
