Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle various customer service operations, which include processing customer deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and safe deposit transactions

Recommend appropriate solutions to meet customer's financial goals and needs

Accurately process routine account maintenance tasks such as processing debit cards, wire transfers, account changes, and stop payments

Takes ownership in the development and deepening of customer relationships through proactive onboarding and outreach

Support branch growth and goal objectives through individual goal achievement and teamwork

Requirements:
High school degree or GED required

Six months to two years of proven experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment

Knowledge of banking products and services

Reliable and trustworthy with a high degree of integrity

Flexibility to work branch hours, including Saturdays, if needed
