How you will create an impact
Our product managers have a collaborative build mindset. They are organizational masterminds who excel in managing high performance, cross functional product teams. Working closely with the business, design, data modeling, and engineering teams, they drive lean and agile development and execution processes, ensuring the seamless delivery of high quality, value-centric digital products.
  • Acts as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solutions
  • Works globally across multiple business units and functions with strategic design to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys
  • Sets direction for product feature prioritization for future releases for one or more delivery teams
  • Provides insights into product, technology and market trends
  • Develops feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps in line with overarching product vision
  • Leads and manages the collection and synthesis of product feedback directly with stakeholders at all levels through data analysis, surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
  • Acts as the champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
  • Solves highly complex issues by managing trade-offs between value, stakeholder impact, speed to market and technical feasibility
  • Monitors and regularly reports on product progress and KPIs
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions
  • Leads the development of business cases and operating plans
  • Develops materials to communicate progress to partners and clients
  • Leads the development of new business proposals
  • Influences others to champion production adoption and evolution through direct interaction with key business sponsors and organizational leaders
  • Directly leads employees including junior product managers and business analysts (2 or more) and contractor resources to achieve progress
What you'll need to succeed
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution
  • An MBA or other advanced degree (preferred), or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager with mastery of best practices
  • 10
    years in financial services, insurance, consulting or similar industries
  • 8
    years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies including Generative AI
  • A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers love
  • Working knowledge of agile at scale development methodologies
  • Experience launching multiple digital products
  • An ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding and service-oriented environment
  • The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
  • The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
  • A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition, as well as the ability to set and manage expectations at the executive level
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating and managing cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in C-suite level communicate skills (written and verbal) to convey thought leadership for digital product concepts and influence senior leadership (L3/L2) executives
  • Demonstrated progressive experience in management and leadership including direct management of small to mid-size employee teams and/or contractors
  • Experience in providing guidance and coaching to develop junior team members
