Duties

What will I do in this position if hired?

In this position you are the primary synchronizer of operations within the office of Regional Responsibility. The senior analyst supervises the staff of the Office of the Regional Administrator. The senior analyst provides direction and guidance to the staff and tracks the completion of assigned tasks.

  • Advises senior leadership and coordinates organizational planning and performance management.
  • Maintains contact withe FEMA HQ and triages requirements that come to the Region and tracks closure of requirements
  • Leads meetings of program analysts and other key representatives of the Divisions within the Region
  • Key contributer to the development of the Region's Operations and Performance Plan and tracking the accomplishment of goals articlated within the plan.
  • Provides cross-divisional overight and coordination as regional audit liaison to actively promote Regional ownership, resolution and closure of DHS Office of the Inspector General (OIG) and government accountability office (GA) audits.
