About the Role

The Manager, Procurement Reporting & Controlling is responsible for timeliness and correctness of key procurement reports and KPIs. This individual manages Project Controlling and cooperates with all Magna Groups ensuring bottom line effectiveness and credibility of saving measures

Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure financial credibility of procurement functions
  • Develop steering system (Dashboard)
  • Monitor leading and lagging indicators
  • Handle reporting (including automation) in collaboration with procurement functions (Example: Program Buy, Category Management, Supplier Management, etc.)
  • Save tracking, validation, and functional ownership of the Saving Tracking Tool
  • Budget and handle forward commitment alignment (Category Matrix and Cost Reimbursement Contracts Controlling)
  • Act as a Finance Business Partner aggregating plan data and future developments while aligning group level breakdowns of spend forward commitment procurement
  • Act as Project Controller for Corporate and cross-group initiatives
  • Own Target Costing Process and database; align with other group functions
Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years' experience in Purchasing/Plant Controlling and Reporting
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain principles, inventory management techniques, and procurement strategies.
  • Experience with ERP systems and other supply chain management software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
