The Headlines:
In the role of Research and Development Pilot Technologist 2 working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be part of the Brewing Innovation and Quality Team. You will support new product development and the technical exploration of new products, processes and/or ingredients.
This position reports to the Manager Pilot Brewery and works closely with Research and Development and Technical Brewing Teams.
The Responsibilities:
Process Development/Innovation- Safely operating and cleaning pilot equipment to execute trials, paving the way for exciting new process developments and innovations. Continuous Improvement – Support process review, expanding pilot capabilities with improvements in equipment, process, and automation. Project Management - Ensure each project is executed with meticulous attention to detail, delivering nothing short of world-class results. Research and Development – Collaborate with the MCBC R&D and technical brewing team(s) supporting business objectives and venturing into uncharted territories of beverage processing. Team Powerhouse – Be an integral part of a diverse team of brewing professionals, collectively driving the success of the department, division, and the entire company.The Other Qualifications:
You have a bachelor's degree in Brewing or related field and/or equivalent experience 2 years experience in brewing/beverage, quality, or packaging operations. Understanding of quality control throughout brewing, liquid processing, and packaging. Ability to understand, troubleshoot and correct process, control or maintenance issues. You love a challenge, pushing yourself to learn quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
