  • Maintain space planning team design process workflow
  • Organize and manage design reviews, construction design packages and deliverables to support all aspects of construction; including scope of work, kick-off, 30%, 60%, 90%
  • Own the full design efforts for infrastructure and Workplace development from concept to delivery to meet our aggressive goals
  • Manage all aspects of technical planning, scope development, change management, programming, and design
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the various cross-functional teams to ensure overall program alignment
  • Understand lean construction principles and fully integrated design using BIM
  • Implement innovative engineering and design methodologies to support very aggressive program and construction schedules
  • Understand equipment needs and put together feasibility studies

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, experience in managing multi-disciplinary within A/E firms, or equivalent. At least 5-7 years' experience desired
  • AutoCAD/Revit/Bluebeam experience
  • Adobe Photoshop & Desk

-Designing Workplace, Conference rooms, Meeting rooms, culinary spaces

  • Fully understanding all engineering disciplines and be able to demonstrate skills to manage engineering resources
  • Proven record in delivery of IFP and IFC packages
  • Experience designing Workplace, manufacturing facilities and site infrastructure development
  • Advanced project management skills, demonstrated application of project and program management fundamentals to complex engineering problems
  • Strong understanding of California building codes null
