As a member of the Product Team, you will own the development of critical product design and functionality.

You will be working with stakeholders across the organization, and directly with our customers, to understand our business, the markets we're in, our customers' needs, and our users' workflows.

You will shape the roadmap for our product and the process by which that roadmap is realized.
You will engage in research and discovery efforts, develop hypotheses and work cross functionally to set priorities.
You will partner with your design and engineering counterparts to understand the problem space and develop solutions.

You will help drive products through to delivery and work closely with marketing, sales, and support organizations to take products and features to market to solve our users problems in simple and novel waysWHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1As a Senior Product Manager, you will help guide the evolution of our Trial Landscape product by helping to shape the roadmap for our product and the process by which that roadmap is realized.

You will- Collaborating closely with your design and engineering partners to deliver product to market- Helping drive priorities for your teams by building a deep understanding of the business, our customers, our users and the market landscape- Measuring the impact of product releases and using data to inform the roadmap- Ensuring quality of new feature releases- Empowering the organization to enable effective go-to-market for your product- Providing customer and product support when required- Help your teams continuously improve their processes and support overall product operationsABOUT YOUYou are an experienced product manager and leader that is comfortable spending time in the problem space.

You are someone who can manage complexity and adjust your process to the context you're working in.

You're as comfortable building a must have feature as you are improving a product metric, or driving a long term business outcome.

Your natural inclination is to work collaboratively, to be transparent and seek and give feedback continuously.
You care deeply about the growth and development of the members of your team.

  • You are an experienced enterprise product manager with a background in Clinical Operations and SaaS products.
  • Excited about solving complex challenges and energized by identifying opportunities to create a coherent strategy in a ambiguous domain
  • Datadriven and customercentric.
You appreciate that great product decisions require a balance between analytics and a thorough understanding of the user needs- You are able to tailor your communication to the different audiences you engage with- You are comfortable facilitating meetings and ensure all the voices in the room are heard- You care about the people on your team and are driven to make them successful- You care about how the work gets done as much as the work itselfREQUIREMENTS - 5

years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management (Experience in the health-tech industry related to CRO, pharmaceutical or related clinical research operational experience, preferred)- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams- Ability to build alignment across multiple teams and stakeholdersCOMPENSATIONThis role pays $140,000 to $160,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to stock options.
