The Grade Foreman - Civil Construction - Wilmington will:

  • Supervise and manage a grading crew perfomring fine grading operations according to the project's schedule and budget.
  • Supervise and monitor progress and quality of work
  • Assist project management in assuring that all work meets project plans and specifications
  • The ability to operate several types of construction equipment to include, but not limited to backhoes, dozers or graders safely, productively and efficiently is a plus.
  • Follow Site grading and operations plans, read grade stakes, and operate in a medium to fine grade environment.
  • Dependable, self-motivated and task oriented.

The Grade Foreman - Civil Construction - Wilmington should have:

  • 4+ Years of Experience in Heavy Civil Construction Markets - Site work, land development, Grading, Utilities, Water, etc.
  • Proficient in a variety of construction software's
  • Excellent communication skills is preferred
