Position Overview

The Grade Foreman - Civil Construction will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing and directing a grading team to ensure fine grading operations align with project timelines and financial plans.
  • Monitoring the quality and progress of work to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborating with project management to ensure compliance with project specifications and plans.
  • Utilizing various construction machinery, including backhoes, dozers, and graders, effectively and safely.
  • Interpreting site grading and operational plans, reading grade stakes, and working within a medium to fine grading environment.
  • Exhibiting dependability, self-motivation, and a strong focus on task completion.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Grade Foreman - Civil Construction position should possess:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction, particularly in site work, land development, grading, and utilities.
  • Proficiency in various construction software applications.
  • Strong communication skills are highly desirable.
