Resolves highly complex technical issues for Truist's Network applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ServiceNow Incident Module Enhancement Ingestion and Backlog Support
  • Incident Management Capability Roadmap Development
  • Governance and oversight for the Incident Management Capability
  • Develop and manage Incident Management Metrics, e.g. KPIs
  • Develop and support SN Knowledge Management documentation
  • Develop and support Incident Management Policy, Standard, and Procedures
  • Host ITSM capability partnership meetings
  • Support and track Incident Management capability maturity efforts and milestones
  • Develop ServiceNow reports and dashboards
  • Management of audit remediation tasks related to Incident Management
