Investigator Meeting Planner

The Investigator Meeting Planner is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with events-management vendors who provide services for global Sponsor events. You will oversee the contracting and execution of all Investigator Meetings, ensuring a positive experience for the sites, Sponsor and internal project team.

Work with global suppliers to ensure a high level of service to the Sponsor, sites and internal project teamTrack & execute all supplier contracts for every eventProvide support and updates to the project team throughout the Investigator Meeting processTrack all events to identify areas to improve efficiency, quality and overall supplier performanceAttend and contribute to vendor review meetingsReview invoices for accuracy and provide financial reports to the Sponsor and/or internal stakeholders Job Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field3-5 years of experience with global event planningExperience with Investigator Meeting planning preferredFluency in EnglishAbility to travel up to 10%
