\tThe primary responsibilities of this role, Automation Technician, are to: \r

\t\tResponsible for all maintenance processes in the Automation area;\r

\t\tResponsible for the execution and daily organization of the activities of the area, accompanying the execution in the field and withdrawing reports of the supervisory systems, if there is any abnormality;\r

\t\tConduct interlock tests;\r
\t\r
\t\tEnsure the availability of systems Make changes to control systems, if necessary;\r
\t\r
\t\tEnsure the reliability of data transfer systems from the control network to the corporate network;\r
\t\r
\t\tDevelop and participate in Failure Analyzes;\r
\t\r
\t\tDevelop working instructions and 1-point lesson;\r
\t\r
\t\tTrain the Autonomous Maintenance team in your area of expertise;\r
\t\r
\t\tMonitor the Autonomous Maintenance activities providing guidance to the Team;\r
\t\r
\t\tKeep the documentation current;\r
\t\r
\t\tIdentify and implement improvements in the process, equipment and procedures;\r
\t\r
\t\tParticipate actively in meeting the commitments of the Policy and the Objectives of Quality, Safety, Health and Environment. To contribute to the improvement of the quality of products and services, reducing the risk of accidents, reducing the consumption of Natural Resources and the appropriate Disposal of Waste;\r
\t\r
\t\tComply with internal procedures and assist in meeting the legal requirements applicable to its activities;\r
\t\r
\t\tHelp eliminate losses and create value by reducing variation in the production process and equipment settings;\r
\t\r
\t\tUse Focused Improvement techniques (e.g. 5WHYs) to initiate process improvement;\r
\t\r
\t\tDevelop, repair, replace or retrofit equipment as needed to minimize downtime;\r
\t\r
\t\tSupport areas throughout the plant in conducting the adoption of 5S practices to maintain an environment conducive to work, aligning with marking and ordering tools;\r
\t\r
\t\tHelp keep metrics and other relevant information up-to-date in visual management frameworks to conduct teamwork and facilitate turn change;\r
\t\r
\t\tPosition entails driving a company vehicle (pooled or assigned to the individual); This may include being required to drive greater than 5,000 business miles annually in a personal, pooled, or rented vehicle OR being expected to frequently drive a pooled car as part of your job duties – regardless of mileage;\r

\t\tValid Driver's License (In order to be eligible to drive a company car, your driving record must meet guidelines based on the company's Risk Screening for Hiring Drivers. Motor vehicle records (MVR) will be reviewed as part of the pre-employment screening);\r
