We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Project Assistant to join our Environmental team in our Denver, Colorado office.

Project Assistants enjoy the challenge of working on multiple projects with minimal supervision, providing project administration support to our teams, from junior staff to Senior Managers.

Provide administrative support to the corporate support team.
  • Provide project support to office and field staff, including research assistance, data entry, correspondence with regulators, and coordination with clients
  • Assist project teams with report and proposal preparation from initiation through delivery and contract administration as needed
  • Perform administrative duties such as document editing, PDF report assembly, data entry assistance, photocopying, filing, and scanning
  • Assist in facilitating in-house training events - scheduling conference calls, video recordings, etc
  • Maintain continuity among work teams by coordinating with the national Administrative Team
  • Positively reflect the corporate culture of urgency with a smile to both clients and fellow employees
  • Manage inventory of office supplies by restocking and ordering
  • Complete other projects and duties as assigned by senior management
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of professional experience in general administration, contract administration, word processing, and report production
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Previous experience with environmental services report deliverables a plus
  • Working proficiency with standard office applications (Office, Adobe, etc)
  • Excellent verbal communication and professional/technical writing skills in English
  • Positive attitude and customer service orientation with strong sense of urgency and follow through - takes initiative
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be a team player
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Additional Information

The target hiring range for a candidate meeting the qualifications above is between $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
