\tWorking with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Support Team Operator at our Memphis, TN facility. The hourly rate for this position is $22.11 per hour.\r

\r

\tResponsibilities:
\r

\r
\t\r
\t\tUnderstand and comply with all workplace health and safety requirements, company policies and procedures and general workplace rules\r
\t\r
\t\tParticipate in the day to day health and safety program by working in a safe manner at all times:\r
\t\r
\t\tAlways using the required personal protective equipment\r
\t\r
\t\tEnsuring that authorized work is completed safely\r
\t\r
\t\tUtilizing required controls to prevent risk of exposure to hazards\r
\t\r
\t\tParticipating actively in incident investigations, training, and other health and safety initiatives\r
\t\r
\t\tReporting all unsafe acts and conditions and all incidents, near misses and workplace injuries/illnesses as per company procedure\r
\t\r
\t\tStart up, operate, monitor and maintain the operating system for the acid plant and wastewater neutralization plant\r
\t\r
\t\tSet up lines for incoming oil and pump to the appropriate process from storage tanks and to load rail cars and tank wagons\r
\t\r
\t\tReceive and unload crude oil wagons and rail cars\r
\t\r
\t\tPerform daily oil inventory\r
\t\r
\t\tMaintain requirements 5 S in areas of responsibility\r
\t\r
\t\tMeasure tanks, calculate amount of oil. Monthly inventories\r
\t\r
\t\tSupport utility functions, support house and yard pumping\r
\t\r
\t\tBasic maintenance\r
\t\r
\t\tComplete appropriate documentation in conjunction to job assignment\r
\t\r
\t\tOther duties as assigned\r
\r
\r
\t \r
\r

\tQualifications:
\r

\r
\t\r
\t\tMust be able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime when needed\r
\t\r
\t\tAble to read, write, and communicate effectively\r
\t\r
\t\tUnderstand instruction and follow direction\r
\t\r
\t\tWork primarily in a warm to hot environment\r
\t\r
\t\tHigh School Diploma or GED required\r
\r
\r
\t \r
\r
