Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing the marketing strategy in alignment with the company's long-term vision.
  • Support lead generation efforts by showcasing success stories through testimonials, case studies, and leveraging marketing analytics tools.
  • Ensure brand messaging consistency across all channels and departments, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Adapt educational materials to increase market awareness and drive sales engagement.
  • Contribute to content creation, marketing ads, and social media posts.
  • Engage with and cultivate our community through event strategies and educational programs.
  • Manage messaging consistency, CRM health, and sales enablement.
  • Support the establishment of thought leadership and branding efforts for panels and conferences.
  • Facilitate communication between hospital leadership and project teams to prioritize initiatives and address issues.
Requirements:
  • Willingness and ability to commute to Ascendco Health's office in Downtown Chicago 3 days per week.
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing and communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry trends, health tech, or SaaS is advantageous.
  • Basic graphic design capabilities with proficiency in standard corporate productivity tools.
  • Desire to contribute to the growth of Ascendco's customer base and revenue.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and strong leadership skills.
  • Passion for building and nurturing relationships.
  • Proven track record of success as a self-starter.
