We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Control Manager to oversee and optimize our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience in production management, manufacturing, or a related field. This role is crucial in ensuring our production operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Monitor production processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, engineering, planning, warehousing, and quality control, to ensure smooth production operations.
    • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    • Coordinate with warehousing on kitting inventory levels and materials to ensure timely availability for production needs.
    • Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering Field, OR a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in production control or manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
