Job Description

The Solution Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the success of ServiceNow's Security products. These innovative products are built on our leading Service Management platform, providing a unified source of information that streamlines enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of territory strategy to enhance understanding of verticals, target account use cases, and execution.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) during the account planning phase, aligning recommendations with territory strategy and Now Value principles.
  • Assist customers in visualizing the benefits of digital transformation and aid in strategy development through collaboration with the account team and partners.
  • Engage with Support Coordinators and Specialist Support Coordinators to provide feedback on Capability Roadmap and ensure alignment based on the engagement model.
  • Empower AEs, Account Development Representatives (ADRs), and Account Customer Engineers (ACEs) with specialized knowledge to identify opportunities specific to the solution area and navigate the sales process.
  • Adapt responsibilities based on the needs of the territory and account team, and celebrate achievements along the way.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion to cultivate an open and welcoming environment.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Be based in the Eastern US
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in championing the return on investment within the specified solution area.
  • Previously held a role as an AE or in a related sales/customer service capacity.
  • Possess knowledge of business sales processes.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Be prepared for travel ranging from 30% to 50%.
