Sales Executive

The Role

We are looking for Sales Executives of all levels, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our goals and ensuring our customers' success by:

  • Hunting down new opportunities
  • Developing and managing a strong sales pipeline.
  • Using your industry knowledge to add value to every customer interaction and build long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

We value adaptability and teamwork, so while you'll have key responsibilities, we may ask you to take on other duties as needed.

  • Achieve or exceed yearly sales targets.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities for your target accounts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and move opportunities forward.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Deliver outstanding sales presentations that stand out from the competition.
  • Ensure all customer communication is top-notch, including documents and presentations.
  • Create and maintain close plans.
  • Build strong relationships with CxO-level customers and become a trusted advisor on fraud and risk solutions.
  • Attend industry events to generate leads.
  • Mentor and support Junior Sales People and SDRs.
  • Oversee and coordinate contract and pricing negotiations to ensure a win-win for both the customer and our company.
  • Keep updated with accurate account, opportunity, lead, and meeting information.
  • Ensure your customer's contact data is accurate in .

Skills and Experience

Must-Haves:

  • Experience in Payments OR Banking OR Merchant Acquisition experience required
  • Proven track record of achieving new business targets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Skilled negotiator.
  • Engaging and dynamic presenter.
  • Deep knowledge of the fraud and risk market.
  • Successful sales experience in the Payments and/or Banking sectors.
  • Ability to collaborate with various internal teams such as accounts, finance, pre-sales, project management, marketing, and SMEs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills at the executive level and the ability to demonstrate value to customers.
